4. Key Terms of This Agreement
Payment Payment for one-time build services is due in full at the time of booking. The Monthly Maintenance Membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. All one-time service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Project Timeline Estimated build timelines are typically 4 to 6 weeks depending on scope. Timelines may be affected by Client responsiveness and availability to provide required access, assets, and approvals.
Intellectual Property JMI Agency retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, templates, and automation methodologies. Upon full payment, Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the system built for their own business operations.
Results Disclaimer JMI Agency does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volume, or conversion rates. Business results depend on factors outside JMI Agency's control, including Client's offer, market conditions, ad spend, and execution.
Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. JMI Agency is a limited liability company formed and registered under Illinois law.
